1. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the perishable nature of our products, Quenelles Frozen Desserts does not accept returns of food items unless the product is faulty, damaged, or does not match the description.

If your item is perishable, you are not required to return it physically if it is damaged or contaminated. Please take a photo, dispose of it safely, and contact us.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, spoiled, or incorrect, we will gladly offer a replacement or a full refund.
